A perfect supplement to your regular vinyasa practice, PVYU accelerated training will help you take your practice to the next level in a fun and supportive way.Over the course of this training you will discover:

  • How to increase your your income by creating PVYYU personal practice programs for your beginning and intermediate students
  • A high efficiency training method that will help your develop flexibility faster than you might otherwise have thought possible
  • The basics of periodization – a favorite technique utilized by Olympic gold medalists to create highly effective weekly practice plans
  • How to use intelligent practice planning to accelerate the growth of your own yoga practice

If you have already completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in another style, you may begin teaching PranaVayu inspired accelerated classes immediately after this program ends. Or, if you prefer, you can simply use the information that you learn to supplement and enhance your existing teaching style.

    Hi PranaVayu yogis:
This sounds great- I have loved the PranaVayu classes I’ve attended. I have done my 200 hour and would love to attend this workshop to enhance my current practice and teaching. Just to confirm, this is held in Boston? And how to register? I don’t see a link to register online. Any information is much appreciated.

    Namaste,
    Julie Holbrook

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

      Namaste,

      David
